Anki.com ships via FedEx and UPS. Anki does not currently support shipments to hotels or temporary housing. Anki.com does not ship to freight forwarder addresses or resellers. Products sold on our U.K. website are intended for shipping within the United Kingdom and we do not ship to freight forwarder addresses or resellers.

Free Standard Shipping on All Orders

We are happy to offer free standard shipping to the United Kingdom.

For U.K. packages

• In-stock products ship same-day (Mon - Fri) if ordered before 12:30 PM GMT.
• Orders placed after 12:30 PM GMT ship the following business day.
• Please note that we do not offer Saturday, Sunday, or holiday shipping/delivery.
• Incomplete or incorrect billing information may result in a processing delay. If your shipping information differs from your billing information, your order may also be delayed for verification.
• Shipping charges are determined by the subtotal of your order.
• Shipping methods and their accompanying charges are displayed in checkout at the time of your order.
• Shipping methods and their accompanying charges also appear in your order confirmation email.
• It is your responsibility to be available to receive this shipment at the ship-to address specified in your order details.

Change of Address

The shipping address can be changed within 30 minutes of an order being placed by cancelling and placing your order again to the new address. Please call us at +44 800 808 5701 if you need assistance.
