Anki.com ships via FedEx and UPS based on Anki's discretion to locations within the continental United States. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is available (details below). Anki.com does not currently support shipments to hotels/temporary housing, APO/FPO, US Territories, or P.O. Boxes. Products sold on our U.S. website are not available for international delivery and we do not ship to freight forwarder addresses or resellers.

• In-stock products ship same-day (Mon - Fri) if ordered before 2:30 PM ET.
• Orders placed after 2:30 PM ET ship the following business day.
• Please note that we do not offer Saturday, Sunday, or holiday shipping/delivery.
• Incomplete or incorrect billing information may result in a processing delay. If your shipping information differs from your billing information, your order may also be delayed for verification.
• Shipping charges are determined by the subtotal of your order.
• Shipping methods and their accompanying charges are displayed in checkout at the time of your order.

Change of Address
