Consumable parts are not available for purchase either on Anki.com or via a retailer.

Batteries

Vehicle parts including batteries are not user serviceable and therefore not available. Please contact Anki Customer Care for troubleshooting or to review warranty status for vehicle replacements.

Tires

If you require Spare Tires or a Tire Cleaner, please firstly check you have performed all maintenance troubleshooting as per this FAQ.

If your tires are still damaged and affect gameplay, please contact Anki Customer Care, select “Parts request” on the Webform and provide the following:

• Your full name
• Contact number
• Shipping address supported by Anki
• An image of the underneath of each vehicle requiring tires

Note: this is not a guarantee of your request being approved. Only after review will a request be approved or declined.
