Product Returns (U.S and Canada)
By placing an order at the official Anki Online Store (www.anki.com), you agree to the terms set forth below along with Anki's Return Policy & Process, Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
Upon prior authorization by Anki Customer Care, Anki accepts returns of Anki products purchased from Anki's Online Store within 14 days of receipt of shipment. You may return your undamaged Anki product if it includes all of the accessories and the original packaging. If the item is returned within this timeframe, we will process your refund as promptly as possible, within 14 days or fewer after receiving your returned product. The number of days for the credit to reflect on your credit card statement may vary depending on your credit card-issuing bank. Please note the following:
- Only products that have been purchased directly from the official Anki Online Store (www.anki.com) can be returned to Anki. Anki products purchased through Anki's authorized Retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
- Product was purchased from Anki.com within 14 days of receipt of shipment.
- A copy of a valid receipt or the auto-generated Anki.com online store order number is required
- Products can only be returned if they are not damaged due to misuse or abuse.
- If returning a Starter Kit and any of the following items (tracks, cars, trucks, and charger) are identified as misused, abused and/or not included in the box, the equivalent selling price for that item will be deducted from the total amount of the Starter Kit.
- Products must be in new or like-new condition and include the original packaging.
How to Return an Anki Product
To return an item to Anki, you must request and receive prior approval by reaching out to our Customer Care team here.
To expedite the process, please include the following information:
- Your full name
- Email address
- Contact phone number
- Order #
- Last four digits of the credit card used to purchase the Anki product
- Date Anki product was received
- Copy of receipt
- Return address
When validated, you will receive an email from Anki Support with instructions on how to return the product. If you have multiple items to return, you may pack them in a single box with a packing slip.
Depending on your location, you may be able to schedule a pickup with the carrier or drop off the package at any of the carrier's designated locations. Once we receive your item(s), the refund will be initiated. The way your refund is processed and any delays you may encounter depend on your original payment method.
There are three types of credit cards that are accepted from Anki Online Store:
- American Express
- Visa
- Master Card
If you paid using one of these cards, please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
If within 30 minutes of placing an order, you were billed and would now like to cancel that order, immediately contact us and we will initiate your refund.
Exchange an Anki Product
If a product purchased from the Anki Online Store arrives damaged or is incorrect, these products can be exchanged by contacting the Anki Customer Care team.
