Can I use multiple Vectors or devices? – Customer Care

I have more than 1 Vector

If you have more than 1 Vector, it is possible to link your Anki account to them all
If you only have 1 device, before using a different Vector, you will need to disconnect from the robot you are already connected to by opening the Vector app > Settings > Disconnect
Anki is creating a world where robots have relationships with people. As such, Vector will initially not communicate with other Vectors. Nor will he communicate with Cozmo or Pets
Vector will sync to the closest cube

If you have more than one device, it is possible to log into your Anki account on both devices but if both devices have the Vector app open and in the foreground, both will try to connect to Vector
Since only 1 device can be associated with 1 Vector at any time, you will need to close the Vector app on one of your devices
