How can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing the order. To do this:

• sign into your account on Anki.com
• click on “Orders”
• click on "Need to Cancel?"
• you will be asked "Are you sure you want to cancel?"
• click "OK"

Note that clicking on “Check status” will only show you the status of your order.

If the “Cancel” button is not shown, this means the order status is "processing" and it is no longer possible to cancel the order.

In this case, you will need to contact Customer Care for a pre-paid return label to return the order in line with our return policy. The order will be refunded as soon as we receive it.

Can I add or remove items from my order?

It is not possible to update the quantity of items in your cart once you have placed your order.

Can I change the shipping address?

It is not possible to change the shipping address (or billing address) once you have placed your order.

Can I upgrade the shipping method?

It is not possible to upgrade the shipping method once you have placed your order. For further information on processing and delivery times, please see our Shipping Information.

I placed 2 orders. Can they be shipped together?

It is not possible to combine shipments. Please order all items together in 1 order if they should be shipped together.

Can I ship parts of my order to different addresses?

It is not possible to ship to multiple shipping addresses. For orders needing to ship to separate addresses, please place 1 order per ship to address.
